We take your privacy seriously. If you would like your data deleted from your SWTP account, you can request it at any time. This page explains what information gets deleted, what may be retained, and how to submit a request.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data associated with the SWTP app and user account, please email us at: [email protected]

Subject line: Data Deletion Request – SWTP App

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your SWTP account.

  • (Optional) Any additional identifying information to help us locate your account more quickly.

Verification: We will send a confirmation email to the associated email address to verify your request before processing the deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you submit a verified deletion request, we will remove the following data. This deletion applies to your SWTP user account and all data stored on our servers related to the mobile app and our web-based practice platform:

  • Your SWTP app account profile

  • Practice exam history and scores

  • In-app preferences
  • Any app-only analytics tied to your user ID

What Data May Be Retained

Some information cannot be deleted immediately due to legal, financial, or operational requirements:

  • Purchase records / transaction history (required for tax and financial compliance)

  • Customer support emails you’ve sent us

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be traced back to you

These retained items are stored securely and are not connected to your identifiable profile after deletion.

Retention Period

  • Account-level app data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

  • Legally required financial records are retained for up to 7 years.

  • Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely, but they contain no personal identifiers.

Confirmation

Once your deletion request is processed and complete, you will receive a final email confirming that your SWTP app data has been successfully removed.
