How do they test for this? They ask again and again about clients who haven't been screened for a medical condition (refer them to an MD--it's out of your scope of practice!), about signs of abuse and neglect (report!), about cultural sensitivity (don't hurt people's feelings!). A, B, C, or D? Well, which is the play-it-safe answer? Much more often than not, that's your pick.
